YouTube Video Editor Intern will work alongside our content creation team to assist with the editing, and publishing of video content for our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for video production, social media, and digital marketing, as well as a good understanding of the YouTube platform.

Responsibilities

 

• Assist in the execution of YouTube content strategies and campaigns;

• Edit and publish video content for our YouTube channel using the Movavi Video Editor software and other tools;

• Following the processes and instructions repackage and edit the engaging and compelling video content that resonates with our target audience;

• Using the Work Management software track and report progress to other team members;

• Following our best practices, optimize videos for SEO and ensure that they meet YouTube’s technical requirements;

• Monitor and report on the performance of videos on our YouTube channel, including views, engagement, and other relevant metrics.

Requirements

​

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in digital media, video production, communications, or any other related field;

• Prior experience with video editing software, such as Movavi is a plus, but not required;

• Familiarity with YouTube's video optimization, SEO practices, and analytics is a plus, but not required;

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines;

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality content.

This is an unpaid internship position that requires a commitment of at least 8-10 hours per week. The internship may be eligible for academic credit if approved by the intern's educational institution. The position is remote, and the intern will work closely with the content team via email, video conferencing, and other virtual collaboration tools. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in video production, digital marketing, and social media, as well as to build a portfolio of work that showcases your skills and creativity.
