Not certain that your resume stands out? Apply anyway and express the match in the cover letter your background and what are you looking for - we will try to figure something out. A Hewlett Packard internal report has been quoted in Lean In, The Confidence Code and dozens of articles. It is usually invoked as evidence that women need more confidence. A Forbes article noted, “Men are confident about their ability at 60%, but women don’t feel confident until they’ve checked off each item on the list.” The advice: women need to have more faith in themselves, according to the editor of the article in the Harvard Business Review.

Grow with us as we innovate the next generation capabilities for a new era of space exploration!

Interested, but not sure you meet every single requirement? Research shows that men will apply to jobs when they meet only 60% of the requirements, but women and other minority groups may only apply if they're sure they meet 100%. If you were turning away because you don't meet 100%, well, we'd still like to hear from you - tell us how you're the best fit for the requirements you're sure you meet.
