We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Blog Content Writer Intern to join our team. The intern, following the instructions and processes and armed with the tools provided, will be responsible for creating engaging and informative blog content on a range of topics related to space industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and research skills, and a passion for producing high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Using our tools and processes, create and edit blog posts of varying length and complexity;

• Conduct research on relevant topics and fact-proof the articles;

• Using the Work Management software track and report progress to other team members;

• Following our best practices, optimize blog content for search engines (SEO) and social media sharing.

Requirements and skills

• Currently enrolled in a college/university program or a recent graduate in communications, journalism, English, marketing, any science/engineering or a related field;

• Strong writing, editing and research skills;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment;

• Knowledge of SEO and social media best practices is a plus, but not required;

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and blogging platforms is preferred but not mandatory.

This is an unpaid internship position with a flexible schedule, requiring a commitment of at least 8-10 hours per week. The intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in content creation and marketing, as well as expand their understanding on the topics in the space industry.
