We are seeking an experienced B2C business development/sales professional passionate about our mission of accelerating the growth of the space industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and, converting individual leads into instructors for our course platform. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with them throughout the course-creation process accounts, signing agreements, and providing them with existing tips for content creation. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build relationships quickly. You should also be driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented. If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, we are eager to hear from you.

Our Business Development Professionals are offered:

  • We’ve provide unique services in rapidly growing space industry. You would be enabling many individuals to showcase their expertise and generate income, while allowing many others to build up the skillset and knowledge through the developed courses.



  • Using, email, phone, social media, and other video calling softwares, you will engage with individual leads and manage end-to-end instructor conversion process;

  • Analyze client or customer feedback to improve the processes/systems;

  • Identify, source, and connect with new instructors and maintain relationships with current ones;

  • Maintain a solid understanding of competitors, open source ecosystem, and industry trends;

  • Be comfortable making decisions and working as an autonomous member of a collaborative team;

  • Develop and execute instructor-conversion plans to meet or exceed company targets;

  • Keep accurate records of all activities in CRM software and provide timely reports to management;

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events on behalf of the company (when required);

  • Report weekly efforts and objectives to leadership;

  • Located in the United States or United Kingdom;

  • Fluency in English Language is a must; Additional language knowledge is desirable;

  • Maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure;

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field;

  • 3-5 years of proven business development or sales experience;

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to and connect with all levels at an organization;

  • Strong negotiation skills and thorough understanding of the sales process from start to finish;

  • Experience with CRM software;

  • Proven history of following through with goals and commitments;

  • Quick learner, able to take initiative, excellent at problem solving;

  • Insatiable sense of curiosity, always questioning and digging deeper for answers;

  • Able to think strategically and tactically.

  • Work from home (until in-person work becomes necessary).
